Who we are

For almost 45 years we have been organizing and designing the interior spaces of furniture.

Vibo is synonymous with Italian design. Today, those who buy Vibo’s items can be proud to own an entirely Italian product with a unique and functional design. Its history began with the initiative and deep passion of a young couple, Luisa Nardi and Franco Bonin, whose adventure has now lasted almost 45 years. In the early 1980s, a small workshop dedicated to the production of wire grids and objects grew and developed in less than ten years, strengthening its ties with its territory and hiring new employees until the first great opportunity that would mark the beginning of its future success. The request for a customized production of a line of accessories for one of the most important players of the furniture sector was followed by several other customers and an increase in production capacity and surface area that allowed Vibo to reach and consolidate a position of international excellence in the production of interior accessories for furniture and furniture subcontracting. The current production counts more than 5000 items, many of which are patented and marketed in over 70 countries worldwide. They are considered benchmark complements for top-of-the-line products by major manufacturers and leading industry distributors.

How we work

All is stricly
Italian-made.

Vibo accessories are closely related to the territory where they are designed, developed, and manufactured: the province of Vicenza. They proudly boast a production entirely Made in Italy, which is not just a geographical indication but also a guarantee that everything Vibo creates is aimed at the pursuit of quality to improve people's lives.

All is strictly under our direct control.

Until now, we have internalized the different phases of the production process within our facilities, ensuring both speed and high-quality standards with a focus on the environment and sustainability. Within our production plants, we work with various types of materials such as metal wire, sheet metal, coil, and tubular bars, thanks to innovative technologies. Vibo products are subsequently processed in chrome plating and painting plants, where different finishes are applied. It is precisely the finish to which Vibo attached great importance, offering a wide variety of choices depending on the product line. The chrome plating, which is entirely a closed-cycle process, allows us to go from raw to chromed product, achieving excellent quality in just three hours. The painting process, on the other hand, allows for a double treatment to the color, ensuring a high-level product. In two additional dedicated plants, wood and plastic are processed.
Finally, our new assemply department has been completely reorganized to further reduce delivery times, improving customer service.

Our commitment to improvement has led us to refine our production management techniques as well. Since 2015, we have been adopting the Lean Production philosophy, which aims at minimizing warehouse stock in order to reduce the waste of resources. The adoption of a lean philosophy, on the one hand, has reduced our environmental impact, and on the other, allowed us to clearly and precisely trace our production flow. All this has also improved the management of any product or process non-conformities.
