We are looking for a candidate responsible for the complete management of the purchasing cycle, including negotiation and relationship management with both domestic and international suppliers, evaluation of offers, monitoring delivery punctuality, and ensuring the incoming material complies with company standards.

The role will also involve coordinating strategic communication between various company departments (such as the technical office and packaging department). The candidate must be capable of analyzing MRP processes, managing external work arrivals, and using advanced SAP functions for purchasing monitoring. Additionally, the role includes supervising supplier certifications and leading initiatives for continuous improvement of purchasing processes with a focus on growth and performance.

Place: Trissino, VI, Italy

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least three years of experience as a planner, gained in structured companies with a similar product type and planning approach (complex product in terms of component quantity) and either push or hybrid push & pull logic
  • Strong proficiency with computer systems (especially MRP, Excel, and Access) and integrated management systems
  • Collaborative attitude to interact positively at all levels, from production to top management
  • Initiative, operational autonomy, and responsiveness

Technical department
Mechanical engineer

The resource, placed in the Technical Office, will be responsible for the conception, design, and creation of innovative products, analyzing the needs dictated by the market and target audience, primarily for the Kitchen and Wardrobe sectors but not exclusively. We are looking for someone who can translate a technological possibility into a useful, usable, and functional product that meets contemporary needs. The mechanical designer will work within a complex system of synergies, involving various roles and professional skills ranging from business developers, mechanical engineers, clients, and external designers.

Place: Trissino, VI, Italia

  • In-depth knowledge of leading 2D and 3D development software (preferably SolidEdge) 
  • Five years of experience in the role, in Project Development
  • Excellent skills in design, modeling, and rendering
  • Prototyping
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Teamwork orientation and good organizational skills

We are looking for a resource to join our HR Office with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a solid background in personnel administration. The selected candidate will support the daily activities of the Human Resources department, actively contributing to the organization and efficiency of HR processes.

Education and Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Law, or Human Resources-related fields

  • Specialized training in personnel administration or payroll & contributions is a plus

  • Previous experience, including internships (minimum 12 months), in HR or personnel administration

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of English is appreciated
